While Abroad
| Enrollment Verification Form | Upon arrival to your program, login to your application and download the Enrollment Verification Form (EVF). The EVF must be completed within 2 weeks of your program start date and emailed to your Education Abroad Advisor. |
| Safety Resources | Should you encounter an emergency abroad, first contact your program director or on-site coordinator for support. When you have addressed any immediate health or safety issues and are in a secure location, contact your family and UNG Campus Police at (706-864-1500). Someone will be able to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Don’t forget to complete your travel registration for travel outside your program. | Check-In | While abroad, it is essential that you maintain contact with your Education Abroad Advisor as well as family and friends back home. Check your UNG email weekly for any updates from CGE. |
| International Insurance | The University System of Georgia uses CISI Insurance. If you have a health-related issue or emergency abroad, please refer to your CISI card for information on filing a claim. |
