Primary & Additional Costs

Primary Costs are those which are included in the student's payment to the host University and/or to the Center for Global Engagement (CGE). These costs do not tend to fluctuate during the application process. 

• UNG tuition and fees
• Housing
• Most meals
• Airfare
• In-country travel (buses and trains between cities)
• Afternoon activities; 3-day excursion to Madrid, Toledo, and El Escorial;  week on the Camino de Santiago hike
• Program activities-- kayaking, surfing, dance & cooking classes + more!
• International Health Insurance

Additional Costs are those which are not included in the student's payment to the host University and/or to CGE. These costs tend to fluctuate during the application process and can change based upon the student's lifestyle and/or program location.

• Personal Expenses:
  • Independent meals (est. 20 independent lunches or dinners while in Madrid, on the Camino, and in A Coruña)
  • optional additional excursions
  • toiletries, souvenirs, etc.
